I don't think this way will work. 

As mentioned here, the maximum number of rows that can be exported from Power BI Desktop and Power BI service to .csv is 30,000. Your requirement is much larger than the limit.

I do not think that's possible.

I think the limit will be between 30.000 and 150.000
