How to Achieve a graph having hour of the day (x axis)  vs dIFF value 
and count of data logged in that particular hour

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Create a calculated colmun as x_axis.

Time = FORMAT('Table'[logging time],"HH:00:00")

Then create a measure to count data:

Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Data]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[time]))
