Im using this and it works perfect: DIVIDE(SUM(Vista_TGT[Cantidad]), CALCULATE(SUM(Vista_TGT[Cantidad]), ALL(Vista_TGT[Expr3])))
So Im getting the percentage right
But I need the same dax but this time with the PREVIOUSYEAR function...I tried this and didnt work: DIVIDE(SUM(Vista_TGT[Cantidad]),CALCULATE(SUM(Vista_TGT[Cantidad])),PREVIOUSYEAR(Vista_TGT[Fecha]),ALL(Vista_TGT[Expr3]))
Any idea how to fix it?

You may add another measure as shown below.
Measure 2 = CALCULATE ( [Measure], PREVIOUSYEAR ( Vista_TGT[Fecha] ) )

I believe you need SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR.
Try replacing PREVIOUSYEAR with SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR
