i want to calculate % of grand total, for the purpose my 2 measures are as below, the column "primary pct" is showing 100% for all the rows as screemshot below:
primary sum = SUM('Budget Detail'[Sub-Total])
-----
primary pct =
VAR CurrentPrimarySum = [primary sum]
VAR AllPrimarySum =
CALCULATE(
[primary sum],
ALL( 'Budget Detail' )
)
RETURN
DIVIDE( CurrentPrimarySum, AllPrimarySum )
while my searching i found the following topic and created formula by @Vvelarde but it is also showing 100%
% of Grand Total =
DIVIDE (
SUM ( 'Budget Detail'[Sub-total] ),
CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Budget Detail'[Sub-total] ), ALL ( 'Budget Detail' ) )
)
what can be wrong here? please guide to help.
