percentage of a variable

Hello everyone! I have the following problem:

I have two variables that are percentages of quantities (invoiced and sales plan). The error I have is that you need to make a bar chart in the form of "Battery", that is, it starts to load as you update the data. For example:

if I increase the number of Invoiced boxes, the graph should go further to the right (celestial) and the sales plan will decrease (blue)

with this graph I made, it's just taking away the percentages of the total (invoiced + sales plan). I need 100% of this chart to be the sales plan and there it will be filled out.

Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file and expected result. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.
