past due balance days past due

I'm trying to calculate days past due for tenants. basically trying to present DaysPastDue = If(ledger[currentbalance]>0, DateDiff(Max(InvoiceDate)-Now())

struggling. thanks for help.

Hi @BuffaloWind,

First of all you are missing the second part of the expression you have IF ( Statement, Value if True, Value if False) in your formula you only have the True part.

If you are setting up a measure you need to also make the sum(ledger[Currentbalance], on the other hand if it's a column you need to take out the MAX from the invoice date.
