parameter on table/column not working

Hi all

I've inserted a test parameter in column as indicated in various tutorials, but it's not working:

The page don't return errors, but the filter does not apply.
Any help or suggestion will be apprecied

Solved

I've had some parameter applied on the same column.
Only with the string in URL it's working
