one of the Filters should not apply on one of the chart in the dashboard/page

Hi, 

Can anyone please help with below

I have 3 visualizations: viz1, viz2, viz3.

and 4 filters on page: Block, Ind, Tim, Disc

all these fours filters should work on the 3 vizes (Except Ind shouldn't work on Viz1).

Note: We are using filters using "filters pane" and not at all using slicers.

Do you still need help? 

"Filters on this Page" has a high priority and is generally used for the global settings of the page. You can create a slicer for viz1 separately and control this slicer to be used only in 2, 3.

can you use block tim and disc in the report filter and use Ind in visual filter (only for Viz2 & Viz3)?

Ultimately user will apply the filters only by using "Filters on this Page". 

For now I am able to achieve by creating logical table. Now the issue is "block filter is not working on chart1".... which should work on all the charts actually. Please help
