on premise gateway is not working for data refresh for oracle database

schedule refresh not working for power bi reports (data source is oracle database)

we have updated the gateway to the latest version and tried as data fiield to number and number field to data field but still facing the same problem

Usually if there is any service outrage it will be indicated in this link, make sure you have setup scheduling data refresh.

Can you give us some more details?

Is an error being returned in the service when you try and do a refresh?

Does the gateway show up in the dataset refresh options?
