% of Count Selected over All Total by Category

Hello All, 

 

Would really appriciate the help.

Ask: ( the bottom table  with % is what I try to get to)

Data and process: 

  • PrimeKey Level:  Sub-Category & Person
  • Each line has score 1 and 2, which will use to make a 2x2 chart
  • the PBI will be use in a meeting to pioritize which sub-catergory to look at, so the stakeholders could pick beef and wine and cake for example. 
  • Once the group select the few sub-categroy, which will in theory transilate into the 2nd table up top. (Using Beef and wine as example)  
  • the final need is : %  =  Selected (Sub-category & Person) /  Total (Category & Person)
