not recalc measure

Hi! I want to make this diagram

I make 4 measure in table1, then i added measure 1 and measure 2 in table2,  measure 3 and measure 4 in table3 and make table4  = UNION(table2; table3). but if i change filter element on page, measure not recalc.

can tell me another solution? I need exactly two lines and in the middle arbitrary words that are not in the tables in order to group them. Thanks!
