no dashboard image in scheduled emails

Hi,

I have scheduled daily reports and dashbaords.

Emails I am receiving for reports are fine and image is visible but for dashboard no image is visible, even opening it on browser or even downloading image won't make image visible.

Am I missing something here? Can someone please help?

Hi @guptash,

Do you mean subscription email images? If this is a case, it is a known issue power bi team is working on fix.

Please take a look at support page to know more about this issue.

Users may see a blank or non-rendered screenshot within Power BI subscription emails. Engineers are aware of the issue and actively working on the fix. Next Update @06/20/2018 11:30 PDT
