no code solution for different kinds of joins

Is there a way to join two or more tables, using INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, CROSS JOIN, etc., or any combination thereof, without writing code?

You can do that in Power Query using a Merge query, all of those joins are supported. No code. Well, there is code, but it is written for you. Merge queries are pretty much next, next, finish.

How do you SELECT WHERE with no code?

Not 100% what you are asking about, but you can start with your base table. Then you can use the little drop down arrow for a column and select the values you want and deselect the ones that you do not want. This is the equivalent of a SELECT WHERE statement in SQL.
