need to exclude few items of a column

Hi,

I've 10 different tickect types and I'm trying to not count three of them to find the total pending tickets. The status I'm trying to ignore are "Closed, Resolved, Resolved - Self Heal" and the additional condition I'm trying to use is that "Resolution SLA Met = NO".

Any help on this would be appriciated.

Re: need to exclude few items of a column

Hi @MaheshGupta ,

I don't know how your data strutcture looks like but you can give a shot with these below formulas:

You can either create a DAX measure  something like this and put it in a visual Level filtes and apply filter "is blank"

DAX Measure = Var _status=SELECTEDVALUE(Sheet1[status])
return
If( _status ="Closed"  || _status ="Resolved" || _status ="Resolved-Self Heal"
,1,blank())

Or a Dax Column like this and put it in a Page level filter /Visual Level filter and apply filter to show Blank

DAX Column  =
If(Sheet1[status]  ="Closed"  || Sheet1[status] ="Resolved" || Sheet1[status] ="Resolved-Self Heal"
  ,1,blank())

Let me know if this works.

Thanks,

Tejaswi
