more granularity in ToolTip?

I have started using ToolTips but I realize is only for the entire visualization.

Is it possible to do one for specific columns or rows/values?

As of now, PowerBi doesn't support the ability to limit the scope of a tooltip to a single (or multiple) columns .

For you requirement, you can vote for this new idea.

Feature to add multiple customized tooltips for Matrix table 

If there are enough votes, the Product Team will evaluate and take good consideration about it.
