Hello everyone
I have a problem and I hope someone can help me.
I have many file in .json and I have been working on mngodb compass (first time using this program).
but now I need to make a report on power bi. I have already connected powerbi to mongodb, using BI connector and DSN, as explained on the following page:
/@alameerashraf/data-visualization-using-power-bi-and-mongodb-e694328220b5
but I have a problem when I'm here to select the target database and the target collection. (Navegation) I do not get the file that teng in mongodb.
would you know what might be going on? what can I do about it?
Thank you

Hello @stephaniefalvay
Is the Power BI desktop the latest version (2.87.923.0) ? If not, update it to the latest version and try again.
Please check the version of your operating system and desktop, which need to be 64-bit.
Check if the MongoDB BI Connecter version is tailored to your team and Power BI version.
And check if the BI Connecter is running correctly.
Could you get files if you select another database?
Is there anything wrong with installing the database and connecting?
Here are some blogs and I hope they can help you.
Blog1: ODBC ERROR: Failed to load driver due to system error 126
Blog2: Problem with data source "BI Connector"
