missing data point need to be factored into two measures

Hi Experts

see attached pbix file and kinldy look at the Table showwing data from July 2018 (7) to June 2019 (2) with dec 2018 as blank. 

since dec 2018 is blank this is having an impact on measure __s and __freq, the blank value as shown in the table has not been factured into the mesure. I need to add 0 into the table for the 12month period in order to resolve issue.

Not sure if I understand the requirement, but you can add 0 at the end of your measure like.

RETURN SUMX(__table2,[__freq] ) + 0
