Finaly i found the next reason.
The measure result wasn't 0 but 0,000000067 etc
Now i changed the if statement before the measure so that the result is blank() between -0,1 and +0,1
Great
@Norbertus you can filter using visual level filter and not to show zero value rows or you can make change to measure to return blank if value is zero and those rows with blank wil be excluded.

Both options didn't work this time
@Norbertus,
What is the issue when you make a visual level filter using the measure? Could you please share sample data of your table for me to test? I can successfully drag a measure to visual level filter and set its value to be "not 0".

Lydia
