measure between two dates (Modified date file)

I am really struggling with finding a measure between two dates (Modified date file), see the below.

Measure =
VAR m1 =
    MIN ( 'Tabe 1 Date'[Date modified] )
VAR m2 =
    MAX ( 'Tabe 1 Date'[Date modified] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table 1'[Nights] ), 'Tabe 1 Date'[Date modified] = m2 )
        - CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table 1'[Nights] ), 'Tabe 1 Date'[Date modified] = m1 )
