max value too high on line chart

Values = my SalesAmount and is reflected on the left side vertically on my Line Chart.  The chart maxes out at 10 billion dollars but I only need 3 billion because it skews the data and isn't easy to read.  How can I reduce the automatically input value of 10 billion to 3 billion?

@kdaubert,

You can set start value and end value for Y-Axis in Line chart.
