Using the mapbox visualization here. It works at the Desktop version; but fails when publishing at the browser for some reason. It seems the token is not being retrieved correctly at the published version in browser.

Please check the access token generation.
It might be generated at the user level and might be refreshed occasionally.
When you publish it the user id used for the token might be different.
Also, I would use the dataset which is created after publishing the report to generate the report for PBI service(online) itself to rule out if it is user level token issue.
