linking columns

Hello all, I have a question that I would appreciate if you could help me with.

As you can see here, I have a list of all the business units on the left, I have it condensed into a more high-level list on the right. How do I tell Power BI that all the healthcare cells are the same as just healthcare? Same if for the other cells.

THank you in advance

My understanding is that you want to group values based on the text they contain.

Using Power Query do the following:

Go to 'Add Column' --> 'Conditional Column' --> In the pop up window select the 'contains' operator
