line or mark on line chart

hi all,

I want to ask about giving some line/mark in chart line, so it will look just like this.

I want to give mark on certain point (in this case, i want to put mark in axis that shows date '2017/11') because different things happened in that periode. If I use shape, it cannot follow the axes when the slicer date changed. So can someone give interesting trick to do this scenario?

any help would be great.

Drag the following measure to Values as well.

Measure =
IF ( MAX ( Table1[Date] ) >= DATE ( 2017, 11, 1 ), COUNT ( Table1[Value] ) )
