line chart study and reference periods user select

dear all

how could i link the selection of study and reference period to the values visualisation in a line chart/table?

the example that i searching for solution is visible in the picture

i have multiple of datasets with sales voluem and i want to allow the user to choose the periods that he can select

e.g.

table with sales volume - version LV

table with sales volume - version Previous LV

table with sales volume - version Actual 2020

etc

i want to allow user to choose which periods to compare in the table below

You could try to use DAX in Power BI to create a slicer to select different measures in a chart.

@chakarti instead of keeping different tables, maybe combine those together and add a column category that you can use for the slicer.

Hi,

thanks, clear about the category

Do you have some other examples as in my case any of the source tables can be in the STUdy scenario or the REFerence scenario depending what the user will select? so columns in the  table are fixed
