infographic designer error

Hello,

I'm experimenting an issue importing custom visual infographic designers.

When import it in the visual pannel of power bi desktop occurred the errors below:

• sometimes appear this error:

• when i right click on the sheet i can't see the drop down list:

• when i try to import a new custom visual i can't see the drop down list:

• I can't expand a drop down list in the setting panel of the infographic designer visual:

The errors above occurred only when i import the infographic designer visual.

I have tested it on my side, I can import the custom visual Infographic Designer without the errors above with the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.40.4554.463 64-bit (October 2016)).

As the errors above occurred only when you import the infographic designer visual, I would suggest you to contact its author(InfoNice Feedback <infonice@microsoft.com>) directly for better assistance in this scenario.
