Hi Team,
I have confusion here whether number of days that are required to set is dependant o any date column or it will refresh data based on lastdate only.
Since i have column which has values 201706,201803, records can have change in exiting rows as well as addition of new period altogether.
How this will work? whether it will update dataset for changes made in last 10 days? But will it get to know is it based on lastrefresh date only???
Hi @Anonymous

hi ,
i bought A1 Capacity (power bi embbeding) for embbeding report inside our application , can this capacity use for incramental refresh ? i have workspace with diamond ....
Hi Cherie,
Thanks alot for your response.
Scenario where i am confused is i have period column which is format yyyymm, now teher multiple records for every client with this period in database.
When i do query folding i have chosen period column and applied parameters to this.
But when i select incremental refresh option in views of pbix it shows that it will "Refresh rows where column period is in the last"
Does this statement means that if this column will get updated or any new record is added then only refresh wull take place"
Or it means that complete dataset will get refreshed with updated and newly added rows as my period column wont change in case of any updation.
Do i need to do queryfolding on lastrefresh date column only ????, or doing it on period makes any difference?
Please please help!!!
