Hello,
I have created a report by getting data from Sql server using views and stored procedures.
When I load them into .pbix file for the first time , it took me like 5-6 min.
But everytime I refresh manually in the pbix file to get the new records , it is taking 5-6 min.
I mean it is loading every record again instead of loading only the newly entered records.
Is this how it works??
Cant we reduce the refresh time ??Cant we load only the newly new records???

Hi @dia612
Yes, you load all the data every time. If you only want to load new data, use incremental refresh.
