if "Value" column could be number in thousands or percentage is easy to slit table in 2 ?

Hi, 

I have dataset simlar to open data

where "Value" column  could be number in thousands or percenrage (based on value in other column)

 Question 

To work with measure  it easier to  split table in 2 tables (percenatge and person) and define relationship or constantly filter out in measures percenatge or persons ?

Thank a lot everyone . I used query editot to duplicate and filter table  since values present  Rate for each category (I had ucheck "sum  values" when I created visualisation), final result  belllow

Hi @Alex_G7 ,

I think it is easier to implement it in Query Editor. You could duplicate the table and filter out "Person" and "Percentage " separately.

You can write two measures for calculating the values for person and percentage separately. The measure will be:
1. calculate(sum('TableName'[VALUES]), 'TableName'[UOM] = "Persons")

2. calculate(sum('TableName'[VALUES]), 'TableName'[UOM] = "Percentage")
