if condition checking in column

i have  a column exist_perc which is wholenumber.I want to column based on  if condition  by checking

if value is greater than zero means "YES",

if value is equal to zero or blank means "No".

plse help...

@nisha_deepak , Create a new column like

if(isblank([exist_perc]) || [exist_perc] = 0, "No", "Yes")

[nisha_deepak]
