how to show drop in cost between 2 days in power bi

Hi Team,

How to show the drop in cost between 2 days in power bi. i.e,

Drop in cost..PNG

In the above image, you can easily see the drop in the cost. for example, The AM Prakash spend $11740.57 at 3/18/2019 but at 3/19/2019 he spends $7506.94 only so how can I Display YES  or No column when the drop happens or just color it if the drop happens between the date.

Thanks,

Arvind
