how to select specific words(more than one) from texts in columns

Hi all,

I'm trying to check for specific words in a column from a group of texts and extracting them in a new column as per the example below 

example,

items                                                 new column

sugar bread milk                               sugar, bread

rice honey water                                rice, water

rice bread milk                                   bread, milk

sugar milk rice                                    milk, rice

Any help towards how I can achieve that would be highly appreciated.

What is the logic of new column? Could you please explain the logic of it and why do some rows have duplicate values and others don't?

The rows are pretty random, the new column I should be able to select specific strings from the preceding column per row.
