how to see description measure on the graphic

Is it possible to see the description on a measure on the graphic ?

I see the description when i selected the measure :

But no on the table :

Yes, you can.
You can turn on the “Tooltip” option:

You even can use a custom tooltip.

We cant create a tooltip for 250 measures.

Not possible with description ?

As tested, there isn't a better way. 
If you can't use custom tooltip, you can use default tooltip, “Tooltip” feature applies to the entire table.
