@RawandShora , You need schedule incremental data load and schedule refresh in power bi service

According to your description, schedule refresh is only supported when in directquery connection mode in desktop.

Automatic page refresh in Power BI enables your active report page to query for new data, at a predefined cadence, for DirectQuery sources.
