how to have an animated bar like the one in the printscreen?

Hello everyone,

Im still new to PowerBi and i have always used Play Axis for animated charts. But while searching online i found another animation bar which is shown in the print screen. Does anyone how can you have a bar like that? Is it still play axis but formatted? Or is it another visual which can be downloaded? The month segment is clickable and it moves when the play is pressed.

Maybe you can find alternative visuals in Microsoft's AppSource.
