how to get values from sharepoint, that are defined in the wordbank?

Hi, I am trying to get a hold of some data from a sharepoint 2016 site. When I pull data that are defined as values in the word bank of sharepoint, I get a "Record" value in those properties. 

Are there any way of pulling them out as the actual values?
