how to get updated Power Bi web report once data source(OneDrive Excel File) updated

Hi Guys, i am using Power BI Pro version, to publish charts i have to go through power bi desktop app version.

if source file(from OneDrive) has been changed then i have to refresh in power bi app and publish again then other person (shared person) can view updated one. is there any way if source file has been changed then directly published web page get refreshed after pressing refresh button. heaps thanks
