how to get back a deactivated account

Hello Power BI Support team,

I have an old account in Power BI community for when I was at college.

It got deactivated due to the fact that I left college and now I started working and set up a new account with my work email.

I want to get back that old account which is now annonymus on the community, can you help to get it back?

Hi Heather,

Unfortunately I couldn't send a private message to you so here is my message: 

I am writing to you following the dirction on PBI Community that you supported on how to link the previous account(deactivated and annonymus) to new active account.

The story is that I used my school email (first mistake) to make the previous account and when I left there they removed my profile!

Now, I have made another account with someone@someCo.onmicrosoft.com  and have posted couple of posts with it that are pretty usefful and I don't want to remove them.

I was wondering now, is there a way to get the posts that show up @anonymus change to @newaccount  name?
I already tried to contact support but on the form it says ''you shouldn't have any activity with new account''
