You can use the Vertipaq Analyzer to extract all the measures in a model.

I don't think it is possible to do these on power bi service dashboards, power bi haven't release correspond REST API to operation on dax formulas.
If you mean power bi desktop, you can use ssms or excel to connect to power b i data model to check these formulas.
