I have a list of suppliers in column A and year when they have joined in column B. This data is appended year on year. I want to find out how many new year suppliers have joined in the current year as compared to previous Year and this has to be dynamic so that when i add the next year supplier list i get the fresh data.
Create calculated columns
discountofsupplier = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Sheet1[column A]),ALLEXCEPT(Sheet1,Sheet1[column B]))
prevoius = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Sheet1[column A]),FILTER(ALL(Sheet1),[column B]=EARLIER(Sheet1[column B])-1))
difference = [discountofsupplier]-[prevoius]
Best Regards
Maggie
