how to display a null value

I am trying to create a table or matrix to represent call coverage by a Sales person.  I need to display all companies assigned to a sales person and the date they last contacted them.  The table needs to also display the client name even if there has not been any recent contact.

@LMorman If I understood your question correctly you want to display blank space in a table visual if sales person doesn't have a company name (not contacted). If you're using table visual you can click on a dropdown of a field and click 'Don't summarize'. This will show you all the values including nulls.

Please try the solutions provided by ankitpatira and philipplenz to see if it works.

I tried with following simple table and it seems that the null value can be displayed properly. Please post back what’s your table like if you still have the problem.

Do you mean a table like this?

Account | Amount

A            | 100

B            | NULL

C            | 200

When you put the column Account in a axis and summarize the amount, the Account B is hidden. To display this account, click in the Axis on account (when you use a graph) on the drop down field, and select "display elemns without data". If you use a table, you must select the field in the rows.
