how to create a goal column based on previous year?

I have a table like the following. I would like to create a column for goal - 'previous year value * 1.05'.

For example, the goal for [orderyear]=2013 and [ordermonth]=1 is: 495364.1261 * 1.05 = 520132.332405

What DAX can I use?

another way as a new column. Add more filter as per requirements

new Column = maxx(filter(table,table[orderyear]=earlier(table[orderyear])-1 &&table[ordermonth]=earlier(table[ordermonth])),table[subtotal_amount])

if you want a measure I would suggest create a date like this

Date = date(year(table[Orderyear])month(Table[OrderMonth]),1)

The use a date table use datesytd and total ytd to get last year and this year

Last YTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year),"12/31"))
Last YTD complete Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(ENDOFYEAR(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year)),"12/31"))
Last to last YTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-2,Year),"12/31"))
Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
