Hi
i have a table with one column having project id's and 3 columns having dates of phases :
Project IDs | Phase 1 Date | Phase 2 Date | Phase 3 Date |
Project 1 | 12/1/2019 | 12/2/2019 | 12/4/2019 |
Project 2 | 12/4/2019 | 12/7/2019 | 12/9/2019 |
Project 3 | 14/1/2019 | 14/2/2019 | 14/4/2019 |
I want to create a GANTT chart with this table and show the phases of each project. I tried but can't get it to work. Any suggestions pls..

I tried to re-pro the issue from my end and got the below.
I just pasted your data by using the "enter data".
Home >> Edit queries >> Edit Queries >> (before select the mulitple columns for the unpivot by clicking on "CTRL") >> Unpivot Columns
Hope it will help for your issue.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi MFelix,
thanks for the reply. I tried several things: transpose, unpivot but can't get my data in order.
I know i need to get my data in this form:
Task | User | Start Date |
Project 1 | Phase1 Date | 29-11-18 |
Project 1 | Phase2 Date | 14-05-19 |
Project 1 | Phase3 Date | 17-05-19 |
Project 2 | Phase1 Date | 14-01-19 |
Project 2 | Phase2 Date | 15-01-19 |
Project 2 | Phase3 Date | 23-05-19 |
Project 3 | Phase1 Date | 10-01-19 |
Project 3 | Phase2 Date | 10-01-19 |
Project 3 | Phase3 Date | 10-01-19 |
but i can't get to do it. when i unpivot my original table i get this table:
Phase1 Date Phase2 Date Phase3 Date Attribute Value
2018-11-29 | 2019-05-14 | 2019-05-17 | Project ID | Project 1 |
2019-01-14 | 2019-01-15 | 2019-05-23 | Project ID | Project 2 |
2019-01-10 | 2019-01-10 | 2019-01-10 | Project ID | Project 3 |
2018-12-22 | 2019-02-08 | 2019-01-30 | Project ID | Project 4 |
2019-05-03 | 2019-05-03 | 2019-05-24 | Project ID | Project 5 |
Hi @Anonymous ,
As @venal you need to select only the phase columns and then select the unpivot that should give expected result.
