how to color the total column in matrix compared to a target column

Hello community,

I have an issue with conditionnal formating. I have the table bellow :

and I have a target column that states what is the anticipated totale in my table, and I would like to color the total column based on the target column. that is impossible using the conditionnal formatting. I threre any way to do it ?
