how the two relationship work

Hi all,

I use power bi to creat a report. There are two  kind of relationship between the data.

So, can anyone help to tell me how the two relationships work when i creat the report?  Does only one or both them work ? whic is the prioritied

@SYM1986 - These are two different relationships-

1. The one with solid line is Active relationship and by default this only works in the model

2. The one with dotted line is Inacttive Relationship which can only be used by introducing a function call USERELATIONSHIP.
