how make sure child slicers don't affect parent ones

Hi guys,

I got that table below:2017-10-23 10_26_21-.png

In my power BI desktop i want to do that:2017-11-02 10_58_57-Revenu Québec - Internet Explorer.png

My problem is the text in red box.

I created correctly the chart, the 3 slicers and yhe text box. Mys problem is there with slicers. If i choose the slicers in the good order (offence group then subgroup then description), its fine. But i noticed that i can choose first offense subgroup/description and that affect the parents ones. I don't want that and i don't know how to set that. I i choose a child slicer without choosed the parent before data must not be affected so parent too.

SO THERE SHOULD BE ONE WAY IN SLICER CHOOSING (PARENT -> CHILD) TO FILTER DATA.

Thank you, hope i was enough clear for you.
