how can i get the particular part of character from my dimension.

Eg. I have string "@johny"
 
i want to get "Johny"

Hey

 

For this u have to go Query editor window, 

 

Choose the column and go to "Transform " Ribbon, there u can find the Extract Box from that pick the range funtion 

and start with 1 and with given 100,

 

 

so that i will remove your first character..

 

 

Hope it will solve your prob
