help with date calculation and report building

Hi community,

searching for some help for the following:
I have a table with entries..each rows a job with different dates.somehwat like this..

In powerBi I added all those additional columns for date calculation to my initial excel source.

1. question: Can I avoid this and do this with a measure / DAX?

I added 3 addtional grouping colums for this 3 calculated datediff in which I group this depending on how many days (e.g. how many are less than 1day, how many are  2-3 days, ...) I currently use grouping function for this with list, but this gives me the issue that I can only build the groups on existing datediff.

This leads to 2nd question: Can I do this easier / Better? Also probably without adding additional columns?

And this leads to the 3rd and last question:

I added another 3 columns related to 3 tables (which holds the same data in each table) to order my data the same way all the time. Can I avoid this as well?

Thanks for your help, I hope my issue is explained clear enough

@amitchandak

OK, I try to elaborate a bit.

1. Topic: using DAX (or whatever tech) instead of this 3 (DATEDIFF) columns?  Would this be possible?

2. Topic Grouping: Can I do this with DAX (or whatever tech)  instead of adding columns?
