Hi @Anonymous ,
Try the following measure:
highest traffic =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( Sheet1[Hour] ),
TOPN (
1,
ALLSELECTED ( Sheet1[Hour] ),
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Sheet1[View] ) ), DESC
)
)

Hi @Anonymous ,
Here are two ways to see if it meets your requirements:
1. Create the following new table and apply for Multi-row card:
Table = TOPN (
3,
ALLSELECTED ( Sheet1[Hour] ),
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Sheet1[View] ) ), DESC
)
2. Create the following measures and apply for Multi-row card after filtering:
Rank = RANKX(ALL(Sheet1[Hour]),CALCULATE(SUM(Sheet1[View])),,,Dense)

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can try the following method:
1. Create the following measure Rank:
Rank = RANKX(ALL(Sheet1[Hour]),CALCULATE(SUM(Sheet1[View])),,,Dense)
2. Apply Rank to the filter and set the value of Rank equal to 1:
Here is a demo, please try it:
