Hi @Yog ,

 

Try to add the following column to table 2:

 

Price =
CALCULATE (
    FIRSTNONBLANK ( Table1[Price]; 1 );
    FILTER (
        Table1;
        Table1[Date] >= Table2[Date]
            && Table1[Item ID] = Table2[Item ID]
    )
)
