gradiant shading power either chart or matrix table

Hi Expert

is it possible to do the following shading either in a matrix table or another visual in Power bi.  i need also to shown the values of the two measure within either the MTable or chart.

i am looking for gradient shading highest value dark then lighter as we move down in value #..

You may try conditional formatting from the Data colors card in the formatting pane of the bar chart and take advantage of Tooltips.

I tried that and no lucky unless i am doing something wrong on my end....lost????
